Listed below are the financial statements given to the N.E.C.

We bring your attention to a number of points with the reports below:
1). We wrote the dates on these reports as it wasn't clear on what report referred to which reporting period.
2). Looking at the budgets set at the first NEC meeting, then compare the expenditure over the year. What measures have been taken to stay within budget? Did the NEC authorise an extension of the budget?
3). We await confirmation on the figures read out at NAGM to match the figures in the final report.
4). There are expenses claimed for non NEC members with no clear explanation what it was for.
5). The auditors report for 2013 noted that there are still points in the 2012 audit unresolved.
But didn't explain what items are unresolved.
